As a team manager, coach, or assistant coach, one of the first things you should do is to “get plugged in”. RSC maintains an email distribution list that all of our team leaders may use to communicate with the entire group. Shortly after accepting a position as a team leader you will receive an email asking for your permission to join this email distribution list. Contact the club VP if you haven’t received your invite or just aren’t sure if you are on the list already.
